I downloaded CleanMyMac X from MacPaw with high hopes for a powerful and effective Mac optimization tool. Unfortunately, my experience with this software and the company behind it has been nothing short of a letdown.CleanMyMac X falls far short of its promises. It did not significantly improve my Mac’s performance, and I encountered several issues and errors while using it. It felt more like a placebo for my Mac’s problems rather than a genuine solution. What’s even more infuriating is MacPaw’s handling of customer concerns and feedback. When I canceled my subscription within the trial period due to my dissatisfaction with the product, I received no assistance or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable.I expected better from a company like MacPaw, but they have disappointed me at every turn.
I have an ongoing problem with CleanMyMac since upgrading to MacOS14 Sonoma. I did not place an order with your company. Please remove the charge by crediting my credit card account.
